The 4m Brown Timber Supported Snap Down Glazing Bar is a strong and reliable system for joining and securing 10mm to 25mm polycarbonate roofing sheets onto timber rafters.

Featuring a durable aluminium base and brown uPVC snap down top, the glazing bar provides a secure, weather-resistant joint between adjoining polycarbonate sheets. The 4 metre length makes it particularly useful for larger canopies, carports, lean-to roofs and covered areas.

Aluminium Base with Brown uPVC Snap Down Top

The strong aluminium base is fixed directly onto a suitable timber rafter using appropriate wood screws. The polycarbonate sheets are positioned either side of the bar before the brown uPVC top section is snapped securely into place.

This two-part system combines the strength of aluminium with a neat brown external finish, helping securely retain the polycarbonate sheets and protect the joint from the weather.

Easy to Cut and Install

The glazing bar can be cut to the required length to suit your individual roofing project. The aluminium base is positioned over the timber rafter, drilled and securely fixed using suitable wood screws.

Once the polycarbonate sheets have been correctly positioned, the brown uPVC top section is snapped firmly into the aluminium base to complete the installation.

Brown Finish with End Cap Included

The brown finish works particularly well with timber structures and roofs using brown fascia, guttering, windows or other matching exterior products.

Each 4m glazing bar is supplied complete with one matching end cap to provide a neat finish to the exposed end of the bar.
