Master Plastics SW Ltd offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. 1. General Terms

All sizes given are approximate. Manufacturer’s terms and conditions will apply to the installation of certain products.
Many products on this site carry manufacturer guarantees; these are supplied by the manufacturer, not by Master Plastics SW Ltd.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders require full prepayment prior to dispatch. No goods will be released until payment is received.
Orders may be cancelled within 7 working days before dispatch.
Made-to-measure or bespoke items cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed or in production.
For B2B customers with an approved account, payment terms may be Net 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Deliveries

Deliveries over 20kg or items over 1.5m long require appropriate personnel to comply with Manual Handling Regulations 1992. More info
Drivers are not responsible for carrying goods on site. Additional personnel can be arranged at £100 per person per delivery.
Bulky products (3m+ or 40kg+) may require two extra personnel.

Glass Deliveries

Ensure a safe, clean, flat surface is ready for glass delivery; carpet or timber battens may be required to prevent breakages.
We reserve the right to terminate deliveries if conditions are not met. Re-delivery charges: £20 + £1/mile + VAT.
Customer Responsibility – Health and Safety
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that a risk assessment has been carried out prior to delivery. The customer must ensure that all goods, including glass and polycarbonate sheets, are handled safely using the relevant safety equipment, that safe access is provided for delivery and handling, and that all staff involved are properly trained and suitably instructed in the handling of the goods.
Any safety concerns, requirements, or issues must be notified to Master Plastics SW Ltd prior to confirming the delivery.

Master Plastics SW Ltd accepts no liability for any injury, damage, or loss arising from unsafe handling, failure to follow appropriate safety procedures, or failure to notify safety concerns prior to delivery.

Deliveries to UK Islands & Highlands

Extra delivery charges may apply. Orders may be cancelled if charges exceed the amount paid.

4. Unwanted Goods & Returns

Orders may be cancelled within 7 working days of receiving goods.
Goods must be returned in the same condition as delivered. Cellophane should not be removed; boxed items must be complete.
Refunds: within 30 days, by original payment method or cheque.
Made-to-measure items cannot be refunded.
Corrugated sheets: 25% restocking charge if cancelled during/after delivery.
GRP and other bespoke products: ensure measurements are correct; non-returnable.

5. Damages & Late/Missing Goods

Check items upon delivery. Notify us within 7 days for scratches/dents.
Delivery is insured until signed for. Signing unchecked removes insurance coverage.

6. Shipping & Storage

Return products to: 3 Small Street, Bristol, St Philips, United Kingdom, BS2 0SQ
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Avoid storing plastic products in packaging/inner bags in direct sunlight.

7. Online Store Terms & General Conditions

Do not use products for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Do not transmit viruses or malicious code.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Credit card info is always encrypted.
No reproduction, duplication, or resale of services/products without written permission.

8. Accuracy of Information, Pricing & Orders

Product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability are provided as is.
We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders if information is inaccurate.
Limitations may apply on quantity and geographic restrictions.

9. Optional Tools & Third-Party Links

Access to third-party tools is at your own risk.
Third-party links may direct you to sites not affiliated with Master Plastics SW Ltd.

10. User Comments, Feedback & Submissions

By submitting comments or creative ideas, you grant Master Plastics SW Ltd rights to use them without compensation.

Limitation of Liability
Master Plastics SW Ltd’s liability for any loss, damage, or claim arising from or in connection with the supply of goods, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the cost of the faulty goods supplied.
Under no circumstances shall Master Plastics SW Ltd be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses, including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, or loss of use, arising from or in connection with the goods supplied.

This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may update terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

21. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity (B2B & General)

Liability limited to the amount paid.
Buyer indemnifies Master Plastics SW Ltd against claims due to improper use, modification, labelling, or negligence.

22. Payment Terms (B2B Specific)

Net 30 days for approved B2B accounts, unless otherwise agreed.
Overdue payments accrue 1.5% interest per month (orthe maximum allowed by law).
Collection costs, including legal fees, are the buyer’s responsibility.
