Delivery Information

We deliver a wide range of building, roofing, glazing, roofline and pet products directly to your address. Depending on the product and delivery location, we use trusted courier services or our own transport to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently.

Delivery times vary depending on the product, availability, delivery address and when your order is placed. The delivery times shown below are estimates and are provided for guidance only. They are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email confirming that your goods are on their way.

Heavy, Bulky & Long Item Deliveries

This includes items over 20kg, glass and items longer than 1.5 metres.

Customers must ensure that suitable personnel are available to assist with unloading in accordance with the Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992. The delivery driver is not responsible for carrying goods onto your site.

If you are unable to provide suitable assistance, please contact us before delivery. We may be able to arrange additional personnel at a charge of £100 per person per delivery.

Products measuring 3 metres or longer, or items weighing over 40kg, may require two additional personnel for safe unloading.

If suitable unloading arrangements have not been made, delivery may be refused or rearranged and additional delivery charges may apply.

Glass Deliveries

A safe, clean and level surface must be prepared before glass is delivered. Customers must provide suitable timber battens or carpet to support the glass units and help prevent damage.

If suitable unloading conditions are not available, we reserve the right to refuse or terminate the delivery. A re-delivery charge of £20.00 plus £1.00 per mile, plus VAT will apply.

Product-Specific Delivery Times

Fascias, Soffits & Guttering

Most products are held in stock. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours on weekdays, with delivery normally notified approximately 24 hours in advance.

Polycarbonate Sheets & Timber-Supported Roof Bars

These products are normally delivered within 5–10 working days. Larger orders may be delivered using our own transport.

Made-to-Measure Roofs

Self-supporting made-to-measure roof kits are typically delivered within 20 working days. Delivery times can vary depending on current production workload. All roofs are manufactured at our Bristol factory.

Door Canopies

Made-to-order products including GRP door canopies, columns, door surrounds and cantilever carports have variable delivery times depending on workload, but are normally delivered within 7 days.

Lightline door canopies and railings are usually held in stock. Larger canopies are delivered using our own transport.

Fencing & Vinyl Cladding

Some fencing and coloured products are supplied from Poland and typically take up to 3 weeks.

Gravel boards and posts are normally held in stock and delivered within 2–5 working days. Bulk orders may be delivered using our own transport.

Manufactured Products

Porches, skylights, roof lanterns, bi-fold doors and similar manufactured products are delivered using our own transport from our Bristol site. We will contact you to arrange delivery once your goods are ready for dispatch.

Skirting & Window Boards

These products are normally held in stock and dispatched within 24 hours on weekdays, using a next-day delivery service.

Small Items

Smaller products such as gutter fittings, sealants, adhesives, corners, joints, cat flaps and dog doors are sent by courier. These items are typically dispatched within 24 hours on weekdays using a 1–2 working day delivery service.

Carports

Carports are normally delivered within 3–5 working days.

Bitumen & PVC Corrugated Sheets

These products are usually delivered within 3–5 working days.

Hunter Guttering

Hunter guttering products typically take 7–10 working days to arrive.

Delivery Costs

Small postable items under 600mm are sent by courier from £7.38.

Bulk delivery charges start from £24.99, with most larger orders costing £24.99 or less.

The delivery charge applicable to your order will be shown during checkout where available.

Delivery dates and times may change due to product availability, carrier schedules, traffic, weather or other circumstances outside our control.
For large, heavy or specialist items, customers must ensure suitable access and unloading facilities are available.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is accessible to the delivery vehicle.
