Delivery Information

Welcome to our Delivery Information page. Below you’ll find important details about how and when your order will be delivered, including special requirements for larger or specialist items.

You can purchase items online for delivery directly to your address. We use trusted carriers and our own transport where appropriate to ensure goods arrive safely and efficiently. Delivery times vary depending on product type, availability, delivery address, and the time your order is placed. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation advising that your goods are on their way.

Heavy, Bulky & Long Item Deliveries

(Items over 20kg, glass, or items longer than 1.5 metres)

Customers must ensure that suitable personnel are available to assist with unloading, in compliance with the Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992.
The delivery driver is not responsible for carrying goods onto site.

If you are unable to provide assistance, please contact us prior to delivery so that additional personnel can be arranged. This service is charged at £100 per person per delivery.
Bulky products measuring 3 metres or longer, or items weighing over 40kg, may require two additional personnel for safe unloading.

Failure to make appropriate arrangements may result in delivery being aborted.

Glass Deliveries

A safe, clean, and level surface must be prepared prior to delivery. Timber battens or carpet must be provided to support glass units and prevent damage.

If suitable conditions are not available, we reserve the right to terminate the delivery. Re-delivery charges will apply at £20.00 plus £1.00 per mile, plus VAT.

Product-Specific Delivery Times

Fascias, Soffits & Guttering

Most products are held in stock. Deliveries are usually notified 24 hours in advance, with dispatch typically within 24 hours (weekdays).

Polycarbonate Sheets & Timber-Supported Roof Bars

These items are normally delivered within 5–10 working days. Larger orders may be delivered using our own transport.

Made-to-Measure Roofs

Self-supporting made-to-measure roof kits are typically delivered within 20 working days, although this may vary depending on workload. All roofs are manufactured in our factory.

Door Canopies

Made-to-order products such as GRP door canopies, columns, door surrounds, and cantilever carports have variable delivery times depending on workload, but are normally delivered within 7 days.
Lightline door canopies and railings are usually held in stock. Larger canopies are delivered using our own transport.

Fencing & Vinyl Cladding

Some fencing and coloured products are delivered from Poland and typically take up to 3 weeks.
Gravel boards and posts are held in stock and usually delivered within 2–5 working days. Bulk orders may be delivered using our own transport.

Manufactured Products

Porches, skylights, roof lanterns, bi-fold doors, and similar items are delivered using our own transport from our Bristol site. We will contact you to arrange delivery once goods are ready for dispatch.

Skirting & Window Boards

These items are held in stock and normally dispatched within 24 hours on a next-day service (weekdays).

Small Items

Smaller items such as gutter fittings, sealants, adhesives, corners, joints, cat flaps, and dog doors are sent via courier and typically dispatched within 24 hours on a 1–2 working day service.

Carports

Carports are normally delivered within 3–5 working days.

Bitumen & PVC Corrugated Sheets

These sheets are usually delivered within 3–5 working days.

Hunter Guttering

Hunter guttering products typically take 7–10 working days to arrive.

Delivery Costs

Small postable items under 600mm are sent via courier at £7.38.
Bulk delivery charges start from £24.99, and most larger orders will be £24.99 or less.
