This 7m Brown Timber Supported Polycarbonate Glazing Bar is a snap-down roofing bar designed for joining and securing compatible 10mm to 25mm polycarbonate roofing sheets.

The glazing bar combines a strong aluminium base with a Brown uPVC snap-down top. It is designed to be fixed onto suitable timber rafters, providing a secure joint between adjoining polycarbonate sheets and a neat finished roof.

Each 7 metre glazing bar is supplied with one matching end cap.

Aluminium Base with uPVC Snap-Down Top

The aluminium base is fixed securely to the supporting timber rafter. Once the polycarbonate sheets have been correctly positioned, the Brown uPVC top profile snaps into the base to secure and weather the joint between the sheets.

The combination of aluminium and uPVC provides a strong and practical glazing bar system while creating a clean finished appearance.

7 Metre Polycarbonate Roof Bar

At 7 metres (7000mm) long, this glazing bar is particularly useful for larger or longer polycarbonate roofs where shorter glazing bars would not be suitable.

The glazing bar can be cut to the required length during installation using suitable cutting tools.

End Cap Included

Each glazing bar is supplied with one Brown end cap to provide a neat finish to the exposed end of the bar.

Installation

Measure and cut the glazing bar and polycarbonate sheets to the required length. The aluminium base is then fixed securely to the suitable timber rafters using appropriate fixings.

Once the sheets have been correctly positioned, the uPVC top section is snapped into the aluminium base to secure the sheets and complete the glazing joint.
