7m White Polycarbonate Glazing Bar - 10mm, 16mm & 25mm

This 7m White Polycarbonate Glazing Bar is a timber-supported snap-down roofing bar designed for joining and securing 10mm, 16mm and 25mm polycarbonate roofing sheets.

The bar features a strong aluminium base with a White uPVC snap-down top and is designed to be fixed onto suitable timber rafters. Each 7 metre glazing bar is supplied with one matching end cap.

Long Length Delivery: This product is over 6 metres long and requires specialist delivery. An additional delivery surcharge will apply and will be confirmed after your order is placed. The charge depends on the products ordered, quantity and delivery address.

This glazing bar can be used with compatible multiwall polycarbonate roofing sheets in three popular thicknesses:

The system provides a practical way of joining adjacent sheets while creating a neat finished joint along the roof.

Aluminium Base & uPVC Snap-Down Top

The aluminium base is secured to the supporting timber rafter using appropriate fixings. The polycarbonate sheets are then positioned before the White uPVC top profile is snapped securely into the base.

This combination provides the strength of an aluminium base with the clean appearance of a White uPVC top cover.

7 Metre Long Polycarbonate Roof Bar

The 7000mm length makes this glazing bar particularly useful for larger canopies, carports, conservatory roofs and other projects requiring long continuous glazing bars.

The bar can be cut to the required length during installation using suitable cutting tools.

End Cap Included

Each 7m glazing bar includes one White end cap to provide a neat finish to the exposed lower end of the glazing bar.

Installation

Cut the glazing bar and polycarbonate sheets to the required dimensions. Secure the aluminium base to suitable timber rafters using appropriate fixings, position the polycarbonate sheets and then snap the uPVC top profile into the aluminium base.
