Our 3.5m x 3.5m Edwardian Conservatory is a made-to-measure DIY conservatory designed for installation onto 600mm dwarf walls. The square Edwardian layout provides a practical, light-filled addition to your home with generous internal floor space.

Manufactured to order by Master Plastics in Bristol using Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC profiles, the design can be customised with your preferred door position, opening direction, opening windows and choice of roof glazing.

3.5m x 3.5m Edwardian Conservatory

This model is based on a 3.5m wide x 3.5m projection Edwardian conservatory. The square footprint provides approximately 12.25m² based on the nominal external dimensions, making it a versatile choice for a dining area, sitting room, garden room or additional living space.

If you require a smaller size, enter the required external brickwork dimensions when configuring the conservatory.

Designed for 600mm Dwarf Walls

The standard conservatory is designed to sit on 600mm high dwarf walls. If you require a different dwarf wall height, the frames can be manufactured accordingly when the dimensions are confirmed before production.

Brickwork, internal cills and flashings are not included.

Made-to-Measure in Bristol

We manufacture the uPVC conservatory frames to order in Bristol, allowing the design to be adapted to your project rather than restricting you to one fixed layout.

Door positions, opening windows and other frame details can be configured before manufacture. If you have a particular design that is not covered by the standard options, please contact us for a quotation.

Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC Frames

The conservatory frames are manufactured using the Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC profile system, with a stated profile U-value of 1.2 W/m²K.

Low-E, argon-filled toughened glass is supplied as standard, providing a modern glazing specification for your new conservatory.

Polycarbonate or Glass Conservatory Roof

The Edwardian roof is supplied with 25mm polycarbonate roof glazing as standard.

A toughened glass conservatory roof can also be selected as an upgrade, allowing you to choose the roof specification best suited to your project.

French Doors, Patio Doors or Bi-Fold Doors

1800mm French doors are supplied as standard. You can choose to position the doors on the front, left-hand projection or right-hand projection when viewed from outside.

The doors can also be configured to open inward or outward depending on your available space and preferred layout.

Alternative sliding patio doors or Modlok uPVC bi-fold doors can be selected as upgrades where available.

Opening Windows and Ventilation

Your conservatory includes two opening top windows as standard. Additional opening windows can be selected if required, and their positions can be configured to provide ventilation where you need it.

DIY Edwardian Conservatory

This conservatory is suitable for a DIY conservatory project and is manufactured to the dimensions confirmed when ordering.

Accurate measurements are important. Please check the external brickwork width and projection, dwarf wall height and other relevant dimensions carefully before placing your order.

Direct from the Conservatory Manufacturer

Buying direct from Master Plastics gives you the flexibility to customise the conservatory before it is manufactured. Whether you need different door positions, additional opening windows or slightly different dimensions, we can manufacture the frames to suit your project.

Delivery

If you do not have suitable personnel available to unload the conservatory when it arrives, select the two-person delivery option where available. This service is subject to an additional delivery charge.
