Our 3.5m x 3.5m Edwardian Conservatory with full-height glazed panels is a made-to-measure DIY conservatory designed to create a bright and versatile new living space. The classic Edwardian shape provides a practical square floor area with plenty of natural light.

Manufactured to order by Master Plastics in Bristol using Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC profiles, the conservatory can be customised with your preferred door position, opening windows, panel configuration and choice of polycarbonate or glass roof.

This model is based on a 3.5m wide x 3.5m projection Edwardian conservatory. Its square footprint provides approximately 12.25m² based on the nominal external dimensions, creating a useful and well-proportioned additional room.

The Edwardian design makes efficient use of the available floor area, making it suitable for a dining area, sitting room, garden room, home office or additional family living space.

Full-Height Glazed Conservatory

This model uses full-height glazed panels rather than frames specifically designed for installation onto dwarf walls. The extensive glazing helps maximise natural light and creates an open connection between your home and garden.

The panel configuration can be customised before manufacture to suit the layout and appearance you require.

Made-to-Measure uPVC Conservatory

Although this product is based on a 3.5m x 3.5m conservatory, the frames are manufactured to your confirmed measurements. This allows the dimensions to be adjusted where required to suit your property.

Door positions, opening direction, opening windows and panel configurations can also be selected before manufacture.

Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC Frames

The conservatory frames are manufactured using the Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC profile system, with a stated profile U-value of 1.2 W/m²K.

Low-E, argon-filled toughened glass is supplied as standard, providing a modern glazing specification designed to combine thermal performance, safety and natural light.

Synseal Synergy Conservatory Roof

The Edwardian conservatory roof uses the Synseal Synergy roof bar system, providing a strong and durable framework for the traditional Edwardian roof design.

25mm polycarbonate is supplied as the standard roof glazing option. A toughened argon-filled glass roof is also available as an upgrade.

French Doors, Patio Doors or Bi-Fold Doors

French doors are supplied as standard and can be positioned to suit your preferred conservatory layout.

Alternative sliding patio doors or Modlok uPVC bi-fold doors can be selected as upgrades where available.

The opening direction can also be selected, and an optional low-threshold configuration is available where required.

Opening Windows and Ventilation

The conservatory includes two opening top windows as standard. Additional opening windows can be added if required and positioned to provide ventilation where it is most useful.

This product is suitable for a DIY conservatory installation onto a suitable prepared base and against a suitable supporting property wall.
