Our 3.5m x 3m Edwardian Conservatory with full-height glazed panels is a made-to-measure DIY conservatory designed to create a bright and practical extension to your living space. Its classic Edwardian shape provides a simple rectangular floor area that makes excellent use of the available space.

Manufactured by Master Plastics in Bristol using Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC profiles, the conservatory can be customised with your preferred door position, opening windows, panel configuration and choice of polycarbonate or glass roof.

3.5m x 3m Edwardian Conservatory

This model is based on a 3.5m wide x 3.0m projection Edwardian conservatory. Its rectangular footprint provides approximately 10.5m² based on the nominal external dimensions, creating a useful amount of additional living space while keeping the projection to 3 metres.

The traditional Edwardian shape provides a practical floor plan suitable for use as a dining area, sitting room, garden room or general additional living space.

Full-Height Glazed Panels

This conservatory is designed with full-height glazed panels, helping to maximise natural light and provide an open view towards the garden.

The panel configuration can be customised before manufacture, allowing the conservatory to be adapted to your preferred layout and the requirements of your property.

Made-to-Measure uPVC Conservatory

Although this product is based on a 3.5m x 3m conservatory, the frames are manufactured to your confirmed measurements. This allows alternative dimensions to be accommodated where required.

Door positioning, opening direction, opening windows and other frame details can also be selected before the conservatory is manufactured.

Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC Frames

The conservatory frames are manufactured using the Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC profile system, with a stated profile U-value of 1.2 W/m²K.

Low-E, argon-filled toughened glass is supplied as standard, providing a modern glazing specification for your new conservatory.

Synseal Synergy Conservatory Roof

The Edwardian conservatory roof uses the Synseal Synergy roof bar system, providing a strong and durable framework for the roof.

25mm polycarbonate is supplied as the standard roof glazing option. A toughened argon-filled glass roof can be selected as an upgrade.

French Doors, Patio Doors or Bi-Fold Doors

1800mm French doors are included as standard and can be positioned to suit your required conservatory layout.

For a different opening style, you can upgrade to sliding patio doors or Modlok uPVC bi-fold doors where available.

The door opening direction can also be selected, and an optional low-threshold configuration is available where required.

Opening Windows and Ventilation

The conservatory includes two opening top windows as standard. Additional opening windows can be selected if required and positioned to suit the layout of your conservatory.
