3.5m x 4.5m Edwardian Conservatory
This model is based on a 3.5m wide x 4.5m projection Edwardian conservatory. Its rectangular footprint provides approximately 15.75m² based on the nominal external dimensions, creating a substantial additional room for your home.
The Edwardian shape makes efficient use of the available floor space and can provide an attractive dining area, sitting room, garden room, home office or additional family living space.
Full-Height Glazed Conservatory
This model uses full-height glazed panels rather than frames specifically designed for installation onto dwarf walls. The extensive glazing helps create a light, open space with excellent views towards the garden.
The panel configuration can be customised before manufacture to suit your preferred design and the requirements of your property.
Made-to-Measure uPVC Conservatory
Although this product is based on a 3.5m x 4.5m conservatory, the frames are manufactured to your confirmed measurements. Alternative dimensions can therefore be accommodated where required.
Door positions, opening direction, opening windows and panel configurations can also be selected before manufacture, giving you greater control over the finished conservatory.
Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC Frames
The conservatory frames are manufactured using the Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC profile system, with a stated profile U-value of 1.2 W/m²K.
Low-E, argon-filled toughened glass is supplied as standard, providing a modern glazing specification designed to combine thermal performance, safety and natural light.
Synseal Synergy Conservatory Roof
The Edwardian conservatory roof uses the Synseal Synergy roof bar system, providing a strong and durable framework for the traditional Edwardian roof design.
25mm polycarbonate is supplied as the standard roof glazing option. A toughened argon-filled glass conservatory roof can be selected as an upgrade.
French Doors, Patio Doors or Bi-Fold Doors
1800mm French doors are included as standard and can be positioned to suit your required conservatory layout.
You can also upgrade to sliding patio doors or Modlok uPVC bi-fold doors where available, providing alternative opening configurations for your new conservatory.
The door opening direction can be selected to suit your property, with an optional low-threshold configuration available for easier access.
Opening Windows and Ventilation
The conservatory includes two opening top windows as standard. Additional opening windows can be selected if required and positioned to provide ventilation where it is most useful.
DIY Edwardian Conservatory
This made-to-measure conservatory is suitable for a DIY conservatory installation onto a suitable prepared base and against a suitable supporting property wall.
Because the conservatory is manufactured to your confirmed specification, accurate measurements are essential. Please carefully check the external width, projection, required frame heights and other relevant dimensions before ordering.
