3.5m x 4m Edwardian Conservatory
This model is based on a 3.5m wide x 4.0m projection Edwardian conservatory. Its rectangular footprint provides approximately 14m² based on the nominal external dimensions, creating a substantial additional living area without requiring an exceptionally wide space.
The Edwardian shape makes efficient use of the available floor area and can work well as a dining room, sitting area, garden room, home office or additional family living space.
Full-Height Glazed Conservatory
This model uses full-height glazed panels rather than frames specifically designed for installation onto dwarf walls. The extensive glazing allows plenty of natural light into the conservatory and helps create an open connection with the garden.
The panel configuration can be customised before manufacture, allowing the finished conservatory to be adapted to your property and preferred design.
Made-to-Measure uPVC Conservatory
Although this product is based on a 3.5m x 4m conservatory, the frames are manufactured to your confirmed measurements. If your property requires slightly different dimensions, the conservatory can be manufactured to suit the required external sizes.
Door positions, opening direction, opening windows and panel configurations can also be selected before manufacture.
Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC Frames
The conservatory frames are manufactured using the Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC profile system, with a stated profile U-value of 1.2 W/m²K.
Low-E, argon-filled toughened glass is supplied as standard, providing a modern glazing specification designed to combine thermal performance, safety and natural light.
Synseal Synergy Conservatory Roof
The Edwardian conservatory roof uses the Synseal Synergy roof bar system, providing a strong and durable framework for the traditional Edwardian roof design.
25mm polycarbonate is supplied as the standard roof glazing option. A toughened argon-filled glass roof is available as an upgrade if you prefer a glazed conservatory roof.
French Doors, Sliding Patio Doors or Bi-Fold Doors
1800mm French doors are supplied as standard and can be positioned to suit your required conservatory layout.
You can also upgrade to sliding patio doors or Modlok uPVC bi-fold doors where available.
The door opening direction can be selected to suit your property, with an optional low-threshold configuration available for easier access.
Opening Windows and Ventilation
The conservatory includes two opening top windows as standard. Additional opening windows can be added if required and positioned to provide ventilation where it is most useful.
DIY Edwardian Conservatory
This made-to-measure conservatory is suitable for a DIY conservatory installation onto a suitable prepared base and against a suitable supporting property wall.
Because the conservatory is manufactured to your confirmed specification, accurate measurements are essential. Please carefully check the external width, projection, required frame heights and other relevant dimensions before ordering.
