3m x 4.5m Edwardian Conservatory

This model is based on a 3.0m wide x 4.5m projection Edwardian conservatory. Its rectangular footprint provides approximately 13.5m² based on the nominal external dimensions, providing a generous amount of additional space without requiring an especially wide area of the property.

The traditional Edwardian shape makes efficient use of the available floor space and can provide an attractive dining area, sitting room, garden room or additional family living space.

Full-Height Glazed Conservatory

This model is designed with full-height panels rather than frames specifically manufactured for installation onto dwarf walls. Large glazed areas allow plenty of natural light into the conservatory and provide an open view towards the garden.

You can choose full-height glazed panels or split-glazed panels with uPVC lower sections, allowing the appearance and practicality of the conservatory to be adapted to your requirements.

Made-to-Measure Conservatory

Although this product is based on a 3m x 4.5m conservatory, it is manufactured to your confirmed measurements. If your property requires slightly different dimensions, the conservatory can be made to suit the required external sizes.

The door position, opening direction, opening windows and panel configuration can also be selected before manufacture.

Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC Frames

The conservatory frames are manufactured using the Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC profile system, with a stated profile U-value of 1.2 W/m²K.

Low-E, argon-filled toughened glass is supplied as standard, providing a modern glazing specification designed to combine thermal performance, safety and natural light.

Synseal Synergy Conservatory Roof

The Edwardian roof uses the Synseal Synergy roof bar system, providing the structural framework for the traditional Edwardian roof design.

25mm polycarbonate is supplied as the standard roof glazing. A toughened argon-filled glass roof is also available as an upgrade.

French Doors, Sliding Patio Doors or Bi-Fold Doors

1800mm French doors are supplied as standard and can be positioned to suit your preferred conservatory layout.

You can also upgrade to sliding patio doors or Modlok uPVC bi-fold doors where available.

The door opening direction can be selected to suit your property, and an optional low-threshold configuration is available where required.

Opening Windows

The conservatory includes two opening top windows as standard. Additional opening windows can be added if you require increased ventilation and can be positioned to suit the conservatory layout.
