Our 4.5m x 3.5m Edwardian Conservatory with full-height glazed panels is a spacious made-to-measure DIY conservatory designed to create a bright and practical new living area. The traditional Edwardian design provides a generous 4.5 metre frontage combined with a 3.5 metre projection, making excellent use of the available floor space.

Manufactured to order by Master Plastics in Bristol using Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC profiles, the conservatory can be customised with your preferred doors, opening windows, panel configuration and choice of polycarbonate or glass roof.

This model is based on a 4.5m wide x 3.5m projection Edwardian conservatory. The nominal external dimensions provide a footprint of approximately 15.75m², creating a generous additional room without requiring an exceptionally deep projection into the garden.

The practical rectangular floor plan makes this size suitable for a dining room, garden room, sitting area, home office or additional family living space.

Full-Height Glazed Panels

Choose full-height glazed panels to maximise natural light and create open views towards your garden. This configuration provides the bright and spacious appearance traditionally associated with a fully glazed conservatory.

A split-glazed design with uPVC lower panels can also be selected, allowing you to adapt the appearance and panel configuration to your requirements.

Made-to-Measure uPVC Conservatory

Although this product is based on a 4.5m x 3.5m conservatory, it is manufactured to your confirmed external measurements. This means the dimensions can be adjusted where required to achieve the correct fit for your property.

Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC Frames

The conservatory frames are manufactured using the Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC profile system, with a stated profile U-value of 1.2 W/m²K.

Low-E, argon-filled toughened glass is supplied as standard, providing a modern glazing specification designed to combine thermal performance, safety and natural light.

Synseal Synergy Conservatory Roof

The Edwardian roof uses the Synseal Synergy roof bar system, providing a strong and reliable framework for the traditional Edwardian roof design.

A 25mm polycarbonate roof is supplied as standard. For customers who prefer a glazed conservatory roof, an upgrade to toughened argon-filled glass is available.

French Doors, Sliding Patio Doors or Bi-Fold Doors

1800mm French doors are supplied as standard and can be positioned to suit your preferred conservatory layout.

You can also upgrade to sliding patio doors or Modlok uPVC bi-fold doors where available, giving you a choice of opening styles to suit your home.

An optional low-threshold configuration is also available for easier access.

Opening Windows and Ventilation

The conservatory includes two opening top windows as standard. Additional opening windows can be added if required, allowing you to increase ventilation and position the openings to suit your conservatory layout.
