The classic Edwardian shape combines a generous 4.5 metre frontage with a 3.5 metre projection, providing excellent usable floor space without requiring an excessively deep extension into the garden.

Manufactured to order by Master Plastics in Bristol using Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC profiles, the conservatory can be customised with your preferred door position, opening windows, panel configuration and choice of polycarbonate or glass roof.

4.5m x 3.5m Edwardian Conservatory

This model is based on a 4.5m wide x 3.5m projection Edwardian conservatory. Its rectangular footprint provides approximately 15.75m² based on the nominal external dimensions, creating a substantial additional living area.

The wider 4.5 metre frontage provides plenty of usable wall and floor space while the 3.5 metre projection keeps the conservatory relatively compact from front to back. This makes it suitable for use as a dining room, garden room, sitting area, home office or additional family living space.

Full-Height Glazed Panels

This conservatory can be supplied with full-height glazed panels, allowing plenty of natural light into the room and providing open views towards the garden.

Alternatively, you can select a split-panel design with uPVC lower panels, giving you additional flexibility over the appearance and configuration of the conservatory.

Made-to-Measure uPVC Conservatory

Although this product is based on a 4.5m x 3.5m conservatory, the frames are manufactured to your confirmed external measurements. Alternative dimensions can therefore be accommodated where required.

Door position, door opening direction, opening window positions and panel configurations can all be selected before manufacture, allowing the conservatory to be tailored to your property.

Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC Frames

The conservatory frames are manufactured using the Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC profile system, with a stated profile U-value of 1.2 W/m²K.

Low-E, argon-filled toughened glass is supplied as standard, providing a modern glazing specification designed to combine thermal performance, safety and natural light.

Synseal Synergy Conservatory Roof

The Edwardian roof uses the Synseal Synergy conservatory roof system, providing a strong and durable framework for the traditional Edwardian roof design.

A 25mm polycarbonate roof is supplied as standard. If you prefer a glazed roof, you can upgrade to toughened argon-filled glass.

French Doors, Patio Doors or Bi-Fold Doors

1800mm French doors are supplied as standard and can be positioned to suit your preferred conservatory layout.

For a different opening style, you can upgrade to sliding patio doors or Modlok uPVC bi-fold doors where available.

The door opening direction can also be selected, with an optional low-threshold configuration available for easier access.

Opening Windows and Ventilation

The conservatory includes two opening top windows as standard. Additional opening windows can be added where required and positioned to provide ventilation in the most suitable locations.
