Our 4m x 3.5m Edwardian Conservatory with full-height panels is a made-to-measure DIY conservatory designed to create a bright and versatile addition to your home. The traditional Edwardian shape combines a generous 4 metre frontage with a practical 3.5 metre projection, providing excellent usable floor space.

Manufactured to order by Master Plastics in Bristol using Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC profiles, the conservatory can be customised with your preferred door position, opening windows, panel configuration and choice of polycarbonate or glass roof.

This model is based on a 4.0m wide x 3.5m projection Edwardian conservatory. Its rectangular footprint provides approximately 14m² based on the nominal external dimensions, creating a generous additional room for your home.

The Edwardian design makes efficient use of the available floor area and can provide an attractive dining room, sitting area, garden room, home office or additional family living space.

Full-Height Glazed Panels

This model can be supplied with full-height glazed panels, helping to maximise natural light and provide an open view towards the garden.

Alternatively, you can choose a split-panel design with uPVC lower panels, allowing the appearance and practicality of the conservatory to be adapted to your requirements.

Made-to-Measure uPVC Conservatory

Although this product is based on a 4m x 3.5m conservatory, the frames are manufactured to your confirmed measurements. Alternative dimensions can therefore be accommodated where required.

Door position, opening direction, opening windows and panel configurations can also be selected before manufacture, giving you flexibility over the final layout.

Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC Frames

The conservatory frames are manufactured using the Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC profile system, with a stated profile U-value of 1.2 W/m²K.

Low-E, argon-filled toughened glass is supplied as standard, providing a modern glazing specification designed to combine thermal performance, safety and natural light.

Polycarbonate or Glass Conservatory Roof

25mm polycarbonate is supplied as the standard roof glazing option, providing a practical roofing solution for your new Edwardian conservatory.

A toughened argon-filled glass conservatory roof can also be selected as an upgrade if you prefer a glazed roof.

French Doors, Sliding Patio Doors or Bi-Fold Doors

1800mm French doors are included as standard and can be positioned to suit your required conservatory layout.

You can also upgrade to sliding patio doors or Modlok uPVC bi-fold doors where available, giving you a choice of opening styles.

The door opening direction can be selected to suit your property, with an optional low-threshold configuration available for easier access.

Opening Windows and Ventilation

The conservatory includes two opening top windows as standard. Additional opening windows can be selected if required and positioned to provide ventilation where it is most useful.
