4m x 3m Edwardian Conservatory
This model is based on a 4.0m wide x 3.0m projection Edwardian conservatory. Its rectangular footprint provides approximately 12m² based on the nominal external dimensions, creating a useful amount of additional living space.
The wider 4 metre frontage combined with the 3 metre projection makes this configuration suitable for properties where you want a spacious conservatory without extending too far into the garden.
Full-Height Glazed Panels
This model is designed with full-height panels rather than frames specifically manufactured for dwarf walls. Full-height glazing helps maximise natural light and provides an open view towards the garden.
You can also choose a split-panel design with uPVC lower panels, allowing the conservatory to be configured to suit your preferred appearance and practical requirements.
Made-to-Measure Conservatory
Although this product is based on a 4m x 3m conservatory, the frames are manufactured to your confirmed measurements. Alternative dimensions can therefore be accommodated where required.
Door position, opening direction, window positions and panel configurations can also be selected before manufacture.
Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC Frames
The conservatory frames are manufactured using the Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC profile system, with a stated profile U-value of 1.2 W/m²K.
Low-E, argon-filled toughened glass is supplied as standard, providing a modern glazing specification for the conservatory.
Synseal Synergy Conservatory Roof
The Edwardian conservatory roof uses the Synseal Synergy roof bar system, providing the structural framework for the traditional Edwardian roof design.
25mm polycarbonate is supplied as the standard roof glazing option. A toughened argon-filled glass roof can be selected as an upgrade.
French Doors, Patio Doors or Bi-Fold Doors
1800mm French doors are supplied as standard and can be positioned to suit your required conservatory layout.
For a different opening configuration, you can upgrade to sliding patio doors or Modlok uPVC bi-fold doors where available.
The opening direction can be selected to suit your property, and an optional low-threshold configuration is available for easier access.
Opening Windows and Ventilation
The conservatory includes two opening top windows as standard. Additional opening windows can be selected if required and positioned to provide ventilation where it is most useful.
DIY Edwardian Conservatory
This product is suitable for a DIY conservatory installation onto a suitable prepared base and against a suitable supporting property wall.
As the conservatory is manufactured to your confirmed specification, accurate measurements are essential. Please carefully check the external width, projection, required frame heights and other relevant dimensions before ordering.
