Our 4m x 4.5m Edwardian Conservatory with full-height panels is a spacious made-to-measure DIY conservatory designed to create a bright and versatile extension to your living space. The classic Edwardian design provides a practical rectangular footprint with plenty of usable floor area and natural light.

Manufactured to order by Master Plastics in Bristol using Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC profiles, the conservatory can be customised with your preferred door position, opening windows, panel configuration and choice of polycarbonate or glass roof.

4m x 4.5m Edwardian Conservatory

This model is based on a 4.0m wide x 4.5m projection Edwardian conservatory. Its rectangular footprint provides approximately 18m² based on the nominal external dimensions, creating a substantial additional living area.

The traditional Edwardian shape makes efficient use of the available floor space. At this size, the conservatory can provide plenty of room for a large dining area, garden room, sitting room, home office or additional family living space.

Full-Height Glazed Panels

This conservatory can be supplied with full-height glazed panels, helping to maximise natural light and provide open views towards the garden.

Alternatively, you can select a split-panel design with uPVC lower panels, giving you additional flexibility over the appearance and configuration of your new conservatory.

Made-to-Measure uPVC Conservatory

Although this product is based on a 4m x 4.5m conservatory, the frames are manufactured to your confirmed measurements. Alternative dimensions can therefore be accommodated where required.

You can also choose the position of the doors, door opening direction, opening window positions and panel configuration before manufacture.

Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC Frames

The conservatory frames are manufactured using the Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC profile system, with a stated profile U-value of 1.2 W/m²K.

Low-E, argon-filled toughened glass is supplied as standard, providing a modern glazing specification designed to combine thermal performance, safety and natural light.

Synseal Synergy Conservatory Roof

The Edwardian roof is manufactured using the Synseal Synergy conservatory roof system, providing a strong and durable framework for the traditional Edwardian roof design.

A 25mm polycarbonate roof is supplied as standard. If you prefer a glazed roof, you can upgrade to toughened argon-filled glass.

French Doors, Patio Doors or Bi-Fold Doors

1800mm French doors are supplied as standard and can be positioned to suit your required conservatory layout.

For a different opening style, you can upgrade to sliding patio doors or Modlok uPVC bi-fold doors where available.

The opening direction can also be selected, with an optional low-threshold configuration available for easier access.

Opening Windows and Ventilation

The conservatory includes two opening top windows as standard. Additional opening windows can be added if required and positioned to provide ventilation where it is most useful.
