Our 4m x 4m Edwardian Conservatory with full-height panels is a spacious made-to-measure DIY conservatory designed to create a bright and practical new living area. The traditional Edwardian design provides a generous square footprint, making excellent use of the available floor space.

Manufactured to order by Master Plastics in Bristol using Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC profiles, the conservatory can be customised with your preferred doors, opening windows, panel configuration and choice of polycarbonate or glass roof.

4m x 4m Edwardian Conservatory

This model is based on a 4.0m wide x 4.0m projection Edwardian conservatory. Its square footprint provides approximately 16m² based on the nominal external dimensions, creating a substantial additional living area.

The Edwardian design is particularly effective at maximising usable floor space. The 4m x 4m layout provides plenty of room for a dining area, garden room, sitting room, home office or larger family living space.

Full-Height Glazed Conservatory

This model can be supplied with full-height glazed panels, helping to maximise natural light and provide open views towards your garden.

Alternatively, you can choose a split-panel configuration with uPVC lower panels. This gives you additional flexibility when designing the appearance and layout of your new conservatory.

Made-to-Measure uPVC Conservatory

Although this product is based on a 4m x 4m conservatory, the frames are manufactured to your confirmed measurements. Alternative dimensions can therefore be accommodated where required.

You can also select your preferred door position, door opening direction, opening window positions and panel configuration before manufacture.

Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC Frames

The conservatory frames are manufactured using the Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC profile system, with a stated profile U-value of 1.2 W/m²K.

Low-E, argon-filled toughened glass is supplied as standard, providing a modern glazing specification designed to combine thermal performance, safety and natural light.

25mm Polycarbonate or Glass Roof

A 25mm polycarbonate conservatory roof is supplied as the standard roof glazing option, providing a practical solution for a DIY conservatory installation.

If you prefer a glazed roof, you can upgrade to a toughened argon-filled glass conservatory roof.

French Doors, Patio Doors or Bi-Fold Doors

1800mm French doors are included as standard and can be positioned to suit your required conservatory layout.

For a different opening style, you can upgrade to sliding patio doors or Modlok uPVC bi-fold doors where available.

The door opening direction can also be selected, with an optional low-threshold configuration available for easier access.

Opening Windows and Ventilation

The conservatory includes two opening top windows as standard. Additional opening windows can be added if required and positioned to provide ventilation where it is most useful.
