Our 5m x 3m Edwardian Conservatory with full-height panels is a spacious made-to-measure DIY conservatory designed to create a wide, bright and practical addition to your home. The generous 5 metre frontage combined with a 3 metre projection provides excellent usable floor space without extending too far into the garden.
Manufactured to order by Master Plastics in Bristol using Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC profiles, the conservatory can be customised with your preferred door position, opening windows, panel configuration and choice of polycarbonate or glass roof.

This model is based on a 5.0m wide x 3.0m projection Edwardian conservatory. The nominal external dimensions provide a footprint of approximately 15m², creating a substantial additional living area.
The wide 5 metre frontage makes this configuration particularly useful where you have plenty of space across the rear of the property but want to keep the projection into the garden to approximately 3 metres.

Full-Height Glazed Panels
Choose full-height glazed panels to maximise natural light and create an open connection between your conservatory and garden.

The conservatory frames are manufactured using the Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC profile system, with a stated profile U-value of 1.2 W/m²K.
Low-E, argon-filled toughened glass is supplied as standard, providing a modern glazing specification designed to combine thermal performance, safety and natural light.
25mm Polycarbonate or Glass Conservatory Roof
A 25mm polycarbonate conservatory roof is supplied as the standard roof glazing option.
If you prefer a glazed roof, you can upgrade to a toughened argon-filled glass conservatory roof.
French Doors, Sliding Patio Doors or Bi-Fold Doors
1800mm French doors are included as standard and can be positioned to suit your preferred conservatory layout.
You can also upgrade to sliding patio doors or Modlok uPVC bi-fold doors where available, providing a choice of opening styles for your new conservatory.
The door opening direction can also be selected, with an optional low-threshold configuration available for improved accessibility.
Opening Windows and Ventilation
The conservatory includes two opening top windows as standard. Additional opening windows can be added if required and positioned to provide ventilation where it is most useful.
