5m x 4m Edwardian Conservatory
This conservatory is based on a 5.0m wide x 4.0m projection Edwardian design. The rectangular footprint provides approximately 20m² based on the nominal external dimensions, creating a substantial additional space for your home.
The Edwardian design makes efficient use of the available floor area and works well as a dining room, sitting area, garden room or general additional living space.
Full-Height Conservatory Panels
This version is designed with full-height panels rather than frames manufactured specifically for dwarf walls. Large areas of glazing help maximise natural light and create an open connection between your home and garden.
You can choose full-height glazed panels or a combination of glazing and uPVC lower panels where available, allowing the conservatory design to be adapted to your requirements.
Made-to-Measure Conservatory
Although this product is based on a 5m x 4m conservatory, the frames are manufactured to your confirmed measurements. If you require a smaller size, enter the required external dimensions when configuring your conservatory.
Door positions, opening windows and panel layouts can also be customised before manufacture.
Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC Frames
The conservatory frames are manufactured using the Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC profile system, with a stated profile U-value of 1.2 W/m²K.
Low-E, argon-filled toughened glass is supplied as standard, providing a modern glazing specification designed to improve thermal performance while allowing plenty of natural light into the conservatory.
Polycarbonate or Glass Edwardian Roof
The conservatory is available with a 25mm polycarbonate roof as the standard roofing option.
A toughened glass conservatory roof is also available as an upgrade, allowing you to select the roof glazing best suited to your project.
French Doors, Patio Doors or Bi-Fold Doors
1800mm French doors are supplied as standard and can be positioned to suit your required conservatory layout.
You can also select whether the doors open inward or outward.
Alternative sliding patio doors or Modlok uPVC bi-fold doors are available as upgrade options where offered.
Opening Windows and Ventilation
The conservatory includes two opening top windows as standard. Additional opening windows can be added if required and positioned to provide ventilation where it is most useful.
Low Threshold Door Option
A low-threshold option is available for the doors where required, helping to reduce the step between the conservatory and adjoining area.
DIY Edwardian Conservatory
This conservatory is suitable for a DIY conservatory installation onto a suitable prepared base and against a suitable supporting property wall.
As the conservatory is manufactured to your confirmed specification, accurate measurements are essential. Please check the width, projection, required heights and other relevant dimensions carefully before ordering.
