3m x 4m Edwardian Dwarf Wall uPVC Conservatory
Our 3m x 4m Edwardian Dwarf Wall Conservatory is a made-to-measure uPVC conservatory designed for installation onto dwarf walls. The traditional Edwardian shape provides a practical rectangular floor plan, excellent natural light and plenty of usable space for extending your home.
Manufactured to order by Master Plastics in Bristol using Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC profiles, the conservatory can be customised to suit your property. Choose your required external brickwork dimensions, door position, opening direction, opening windows and roof material before manufacture.
3m x 4m Edwardian Conservatory
This model is available up to 3000mm wide x 4000mm projection. At the maximum nominal external dimensions, the conservatory provides a footprint of approximately 12m².
The Edwardian design makes efficient use of the available floor area, making this size suitable for a dining area, garden room, sitting room, home office or additional family living space.
Made-to-Measure Conservatory
This conservatory is manufactured to your confirmed dimensions rather than being restricted to one fixed size. The 3m x 4m dimensions represent the maximum size for this particular product.
If you require a smaller conservatory, simply enter your required external brickwork width and projection when ordering.
The position of the doors, opening windows and other elements can also be configured before manufacture to suit the layout of your property.
Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC Frames
The conservatory frames are manufactured using the Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC profile system, providing a strong, weather-resistant and thermally efficient frame system.
- Profile: Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC
- Glazing: Low-E toughened double glazing
- Glass: Argon filled
- Opening windows: Two opening top windows as standard
- Additional windows: Available if required
Designed for Dwarf Walls
This Edwardian conservatory is designed for installation onto approximately 600mm high dwarf walls as standard.
If your project requires a different dwarf wall height, the conservatory frames can be manufactured accordingly. The required dwarf wall height should be confirmed before manufacture.
The standard front frame height is approximately 2100mm from the top of the dwarf wall to the underside of the eaves beam.
French Doors Included as Standard
French doors are supplied as standard and their position can be selected to suit the layout of your conservatory and garden.
You can also specify whether the French doors are required to open inwards or outwards.
Alternative Door Options
If French doors are not suitable for your design, alternative door configurations can be selected where available. This gives you additional flexibility when designing the entrance to your new conservatory.
Polycarbonate or Glass Conservatory Roof
The Edwardian conservatory roof can be supplied with a choice of polycarbonate or glass roof glazing.
Choose the roof material that best suits your requirements when configuring the conservatory. If you are unsure which option is most suitable, please contact us before ordering.
Opening Windows and Ventilation
Two opening top windows are included as standard, helping to provide ventilation throughout the conservatory.
Additional opening windows can be added if required and positioned to suit your preferred layout.
