Manufactured to order using Liniar EnergyPlus uPVC profiles, the conservatory can be customised to suit your property. Choose your required external brickwork dimensions, door position, opening direction, opening windows and roof material before manufacture.

5m x 4m Edwardian Conservatory

This model is available up to 5000mm wide x 4000mm projection. Based on the maximum nominal external dimensions, this provides a substantial footprint of approximately 20m².

The Edwardian design provides a practical square or rectangular floor plan with minimal wasted space, making it suitable for creating a garden room, dining room, family room, home office or additional living area.

Made-to-Measure Conservatory

This is not simply a fixed-size conservatory kit. The frames are manufactured to your confirmed measurements, allowing smaller dimensions to be accommodated where required.

Enter your required external brickwork width and projection when ordering. Door positions, opening windows and other elements of the design can also be configured to suit your property.

Designed for 600mm Dwarf Walls

This Edwardian conservatory is designed for installation onto approximately 600mm high dwarf walls as standard. If your project requires a different dwarf wall height, the frames can be manufactured accordingly.

The standard frame height from the top of the dwarf wall to the underside of the front eaves beam is approximately 2100mm.

The dwarf walls are not included, allowing you or your builder to construct the base and walls to suit the property before the conservatory is installed.

French Doors Included as Standard

A set of approximately 1800mm French doors is included as standard. Their position can be selected to suit the layout of your property and garden.

Looking towards the conservatory, the French doors can be positioned in the front elevation, left-hand projection or right-hand projection. You can also choose whether the doors open inwards or outwards.

Patio Door and Bi-Fold Door Options

If you prefer a different entrance configuration, alternative door options are available. Depending on your chosen design, you can upgrade from the standard French doors to sliding patio doors or uPVC bi-fold doors.

This allows you to create a wider opening onto the garden or choose a door arrangement better suited to the available space.

Polycarbonate or Glass Conservatory Roof

Choose between a polycarbonate or glass conservatory roof to suit your requirements and budget.

A 25mm polycarbonate roof is available as the standard option. Alternatively, the roof can be upgraded to toughened glass for customers who prefer the appearance and performance of a glazed conservatory roof.

Opening Windows and Ventilation

Two opening top windows are included as standard to provide ventilation. Additional opening windows can be added and positioned to suit your preferred conservatory layout.
