  • Roof: Variable pitch roof, compatible with polycarbonate or glass roofing options (25mm).
  • Glazing: Low-e toughened, A-rated, argon-filled double-glazed units with warm edge spacer bars for improved insulation.
  • Frame Heights: Front frame height up to the eaves beam at 2100mm and up to 2400mm to the wall plate (excluding the roof).
  • Customizable Options:
    • Roof Glazing: Choose between 25mm polycarbonate or glass roofing materials.
    • Opening Top Windows: Select the number of opening windows to increase ventilation.

Installation Instructions:

  1. Cill Setup: Cut the oversized cill to the desired length and ensure it is level against the wall.
  2. Fixing the Cill: Secure the cill to the brickwork or blocks using appropriate fixings (size 10 screws for timber bases or nylon frame anchors for bricks and concrete).
  3. Assembling the Frame: Stand the frames on the cill, use self-tapping screws to join them, ensuring everything is square.
  4. Securing to the Wall: Once the frame is aligned, screw it to the cill and attach it securely to the wall.
  5. Roof Installation: Add the roof bars and fix them in place, followed by the polycarbonate sheets or glass. Complete the flashing.
  6. Glazing: Insert the glass panels and secure the glazing beads, making sure everything is clean before sealing.
