Installation Instructions:
- Cill Setup: Cut the oversized cill to the desired length and ensure it is level against the wall.
- Fixing the Cill: Secure the cill to the brickwork or blocks using appropriate fixings (size 10 screws for timber bases or nylon frame anchors for bricks and concrete).
- Assembling the Frame: Stand the frames on the cill, use self-tapping screws to join them, ensuring everything is square.
- Securing to the Wall: Once the frame is aligned, screw it to the cill and attach it securely to the wall.
- Roof Installation: Add the roof bars and fix them in place, followed by the polycarbonate sheets or glass. Complete the flashing.
- Glazing: Insert the glass panels and secure the glazing beads, making sure everything is clean before sealing.
