- Dimensions: Custom-built, with an external width up to 2.0m and projection up to 2.0m.
- Roof Glazing Options:
- Standard polycarbonate roof (clear, bronze, or opal) or upgrade to a glass roof (standard or low-energy self-cleaning glass, available in clear or blue-tinted).
- Energy-Efficient Glazing: Low-e toughened, argon-filled double-glazed units with warm edge spacer bars.
- Ply-Reinforced Panels: Standard 600mm lower panel height for strength and insulation, along with a 150mm wide cill.
- Frame Height: Up to 2100mm to the eaves beam, ensuring ample headroom.
- Customization Options:
- Opening Windows: Optional upgrade to include up to 4 opening windows.
- Letter Box: Available as an optional add-on.
- Frame Colour: Choose from White, Light Oak, or Rosewood.
- Door Furniture Colour: Select from White, Chrome, or Gold finishes.
- Door Positioning & Opening: Choose the location and whether it opens in or out.

Installation Instructions:
- Cill Installation: Cut and level the oversized cill against the wall. Secure it in place with suitable fixings.
- Frame Assembly: Assemble the frames, ensuring they are level and properly joined with self-tapping screws.
- Wall Fixing: Secure the assembled frames to the cill and the wall.
- Roof Installation: Attach the roof bars and install polycarbonate or glass sheets, completing the flashing.
- Glazing: Insert the glazing panels and secure them with glazing beads. Clean the glass before final assembly.

For delivery, if you do not have personnel available to unload the porch, select the 2-man delivery option for an additional surcharge.
