- 25mm Polycarbonate in clear, bronze, or opal finishes, or upgrade to glass roofing (standard or low-energy self-cleaning glass, clear or blue-tinted).
- Energy-Efficient Glazing: Features A-rated Low-e toughened, argon-filled double-glazed units, designed to maximize thermal insulation and reduce energy costs.
- Ply-Reinforced Panels: Standard 600mm high lower panels with a 150mm wide cill, providing durability and support.
- Front Frame Height: Up to 2100mm, offering ample clearance and a neat, finished look.
- Door & Window Furniture:
- Includes quality hinges, lever/lever door handle, lock & key.
- Optional letter box available.
- Standard colour: White, with the option to upgrade to Chrome or Gold for the door and window furniture.
- Customization Options:
- Opening Windows: Choose to add up to 4 opening windows for extra ventilation.

Installation Instructions:
- Prepare the Base: Ensure the ground is level and secure the cill along the base of the porch area.
- Assemble the Frame: Follow the frame assembly steps, ensuring all parts are square and level.
- Fix to the Wall: Secure the frame to the wall using the appropriate fixings for maximum stability.
- Install Roof Panels: Attach the roof bars and selected roofing material, ensuring a secure fit and water-tight seal.
- Insert Glazing: Place and secure the glazing panels, ensuring they are clean and secure with glazing beads.
