Warwick GRP Over Door Canopy

The Warwick Over Door Canopy combines a traditional period design with the durability and low maintenance of modern GRP. Featuring a flat-topped simulated lead-effect roof and smooth fascia with period detailing, it provides an attractive finishing touch above a wide range of door openings.

Manufactured as a strong, rigid two-piece GRP unit, the Warwick canopy is designed for fast and straightforward installation. It is supplied with BRG8 brackets in a matching colour and a comprehensive fixing kit.

Important Information

The size ordered is the total external size of the canopy.

GRP products are made to order and non-returnable. Please ensure your measurements are correct and that you have selected the appropriate product for your requirements before ordering.

Do not stand on the canopy, as this may cause cracking or damage to the surface finish.

Standard Fitting Instructions

1. Mark out and pre-drill 6mm holes at approximately 300mm centres along the canopy flanges. Some canopies may have a tray and lid assembly.
2. Offer the canopy up to the wall and centralise it above the door opening. Mark the position of the bracket assembly if brackets are being fitted, ensuring the markings are straight and level.
3. Position the brackets at each side of the door opening and drill and plug the wall using a 7mm masonry drill bit.
4. Screw the brackets to the wall using the supplied 3-inch screws and plugs.
5. Lift the canopy onto the brackets and centralise it over the door opening.
6. Drill and plug the wall as before, this time using the supplied 2-inch screws and plugs.
7. Cover all visible screw heads with the appropriate coloured screw caps.
8. Clean the canopy using soap and water or a non-abrasive cleaner.
9. Seal the canopy to the wall using an appropriate colour sealer. Sealer is not supplied.

The Warwick canopy is maintenance-free, although regular cleaning with soap and water is recommended to maintain its appearance for many years.

Delivery Information

GRP products are delivered using dedicated transport rather than standard carrier networks. This helps reduce the risk of damage during handling and ensures your canopy arrives in good condition.

Dedicated transport requires deliveries to be planned around efficient vehicle loading, so some deliveries may take longer than others. You will be notified of the delivery day before delivery takes place.
