17mm Light Oak uPVC Fascia Board 225mm x 5m

The 17mm x 225mm x 5m Light Oak uPVC Fascia Board is a full replacement fascia designed for direct fixing to roof joists without backing timber. Its substantial 17mm thickness provides a solid fixing base and is suitable for securely holding the screws used for gutter brackets.

The Light Oak finish provides an attractive wood-effect appearance, while the uPVC construction offers a durable, low-maintenance alternative to traditional timber fascia. The board is suitable for new builds and for replacing rotten or damaged fascias.

17mm Full Replacement Fascia – No Backing Timber Required

These boards are designed to be fixed directly to the roof structure, eliminating the need for backing timber. This means less wood is required as part of the roofline installation while providing a substantial fascia suitable for gutter bracket fixing.

The boards should be fitted using 65mm nails.

Light Oak Finish

The Light Oak finish provides a traditional wood-effect appearance while retaining the low-maintenance benefits of uPVC. The 33mm lip is designed to assist with installation.

Heatshield Technology

The fascia is protected by Heatshield technology, designed to help prevent warping and damage. The board is manufactured using an environmentally friendly lead and tin-free formulation.
