Allow for Thermal Expansion

When installing fascia boards, leave a 5mm gap between the ends of the two boards to allow for thermal expansion and contraction.

The fascia joint should be glued on one side only. This allows the fascia boards to move within the joint as temperatures change, helping prevent the joint from restricting normal expansion and contraction.
