The Plain GRP Porch Columns provide a smooth, clean architectural finish for porches, porticos and bespoke building projects. Manufactured from Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP), these lightweight columns are easy to handle while providing a durable, maintenance-free solution.

The standard column height is 2370mm and can be reduced to suit the installation using a fine-toothed handsaw. Additional height can be achieved using Column Packers.

Choose from full-round or half-round profiles. The half-round profile is particularly suitable for installations against a wall.

The full-round GRP column provides a complete circular profile for open installations. The half-round column is designed for use against a wall, providing a practical alternative where a full column is not required.

Load-Bearing Applications

Where additional load-bearing strength is required, the centre of the column can be reinforced using steel rods and concrete. This provides increased strength while retaining the smooth GRP external finish.
