High Performance Aluminium Canopy System

Our High Performance Aluminium Canopy System combines modern design, clean sight lines and high structural performance, providing a versatile solution for domestic, DIY and commercial applications.

Suitable applications include car ports, covered seating areas, covered play areas, porches, patio canopies, caravan shelters, cycle shelters, smoking shelters and walkway covers.

High Performance Canopy Features

• Maintenance-free construction: Powder-coated all-aluminium construction
• Integral drainage: Eaves beam doubles as a box gutter, with drainage through the supporting posts
• 16mm polycarbonate roofing: Triple-wall UV-stabilised polycarbonate available in clear, bronze or opal
• Complete kits: Supplied with all fixings and sealants required for standard installation
• Flexible roof pitches: Choose from 5°, 10°, 15° or up to 20°
• Modular or bespoke: Available in standard modular configurations or bespoke sizes
• Colour options: White as standard, with most RAL colours available by quotation

Canopy Posts & Widths

The standard canopy post height is 2.25m.

• 2.5m and 3m widths: 2 posts
• 3.5m to 6m widths: 3 posts
• 7m width: 4 posts

Canopy Roof Pitch

Select from 5°, 10°, 15° or 20° roof pitch when ordering. On standard modular kits, the maximum projection is achieved at a 5° pitch.

Please note: The 4m projection relates to the length of the roof slope. The actual horizontal projection will vary depending on the selected roof pitch.

16mm Triple-Wall Polycarbonate Roofing

The canopy is glazed with 16mm triple-wall UV-stabilised polycarbonate sheeting, available in clear, bronze or opal. The lightweight roofing provides flexibility in canopy design while offering enhanced strength and rigidity.

Integrated Canopy Guttering & Drainage

The eaves beam doubles as an integral box gutter, with the supporting posts used as downpipes. Rainwater exits through the variable-height post feet, providing an integrated drainage solution within the canopy structure.

Standard & Bespoke Canopy Sizes

The system is available in a range of standard modular sizes and can also be supplied in bespoke sizes and configurations. For specific non-standard projections, please contact us for technical support.

The kits include all fixings and sealants required for a standard installation together with a comprehensive fitting guide.

Aluminium Canopy Colours

The canopy is supplied in white as standard. Most RAL colours are also available at additional cost and subject to lead time. Please contact us for a quotation.

Canopy Configurations

As well as the standard lean-to configuration, the system can be specified as a gable roof design, with wall plates bolted back to back to form a ridge supported between two host walls. A free-standing canopy option supported on posts is also available.
