Everbuild 700T Black Silicone Sealant

The Everbuild Everflex 700T Black Silicone is a low modulus, neutral cure silicone sealant specially formulated for the PVCu and roofline industry. It is suitable for a wide range of applications including glazing, construction, roofline sealing, window and door frame perimeter sealing, expansion joints and weather sealing.

The high-quality formulation provides excellent adhesion to many common porous and non-porous surfaces, including glass, metals, plastics and wood, without normally requiring a primer. It also offers low dirt pick-up and good external weathering properties, making it particularly suitable for PVCu and roofline applications.

Everbuild 700T Black Silicone is designed for perimeter pointing around PVCu and wood window frames, sealing PVCu and plastic trims and components, and suitable roofline applications. It can also be used for weather sealing and joint sealing to pre-formed panels, parapet and roof weather sealing and suitable expansion joints.

Everbuild 700T Silicone for Glazing & Sealing

The neutral cure silicone provides excellent adhesion to a wide range of materials, including glass, metals, plastics and wood. It is suitable for glazing sealing, sealing soft metals such as lead, copper and zinc, general draught proofing and other suitable construction sealing applications.

Low Modulus Neutral Cure Silicone

The low modulus formulation provides movement capability for suitable joints while the high viscosity formulation offers excellent tooling properties. Everbuild 700T also provides good external weathering properties and low dirt pick-up, making it particularly suited to PVCu and roofline work.
